RETURN POLICY

For Art and art products

I want you to be happy!

Returns of art are accepted within 21 days of purchase.

Custom work is an exception and cannot be returned.

The art must be in good, original condition.

A refund of the purchase price less the shipping and delivery cost will be processed once the undamaged art is received.

Please use the original packaging if possible.

Please email orders@sallyevansart.com to request a return and include the title of the piece and the reason for return.

If you purchase a gift during the holiday season

The return window is extended to Jan 1st to allow time for your return.

What if the art arrives damaged?

I work hard to carefully package your art so that it arrives safely.

But in the event, the art is damaged during transit, please email sally@sallyevansart.com right away.  Include the title of the piece and the reason.  Please include a photo of the damage, the packaging.

This will be handled on a case by case basis to come up with the best solution.
