Do I have to know how to draw or have any art experience?
Nope. Not at all.
What if I do have some drawing experience?
That works too. Lots of people, including myself, find the relaxing nature and process and of it very enjoyable.
Do you guarantee this will calm my mind and have me twirling on hilltops of lavender?
No, I can’t guarantee that. I wish I could!
If you are open to the process, I think you can experience the relaxing effects but everyone is different.
What if I have some Zentangle experience?
This is a beginning workshop, designed for someone who has no experience with Zentangle.
There are some lessons on quieting the inner critic, making mistakes, etc. that you might benefit from, regardless of your experience.
Or the idea of using this as a way to have a relaxing practice, not just learning the method.
it is a beginning workshop so there may be a lot of overlap of what you already know.
