My husband and I went on the Longmont Studio Tour a couple of years ago and had such fun seeing some of the wonderful local talent.
This year, we decided to participate ourselves and will be showing our work too.
It was fun to see that we have collected a few pieces ourselves from some of the artists that are on the tour this year!
I love using this beautiful orange bowl by artist Robin Bryant! She makes gorgeous pieces with clean lines and simplicity that are a joy to hold and use!
She is #5 on the tour map in Longmont along with 3 other artists.
Lindsey Bricker makes wonderful pottery pieces in lovely colors that are fun and functional. She has a charming shop called Mud & Madder at 712 Main St. in Longmont, #12 on the tour map. She will also be showing with 3 other artists.
We have a lovely sculpture in our yard, from the very talented Arabella Tattershall, who works in metal and clay. We placed the sculpture so we can enjoy seeing it every day through the window as well as when we are in our yard.
There is a very good energy to enjoy art and handmade pieces in your home and it is all the more special when you have met the artist in person.
I hope you enjoy going on the Longmont Arts Studio tour this year as much as we have in the past, and that you will stop by to see me and my husband and our work! We are #25 on the tour map, in Niwot, which is just a little south of Longmont, and north of Boulder.
